My first interaction with HCR was with Nabil. He's a wonderful advisor. After having other companies come out to give me estimates, I feel Nabil with HCR has incredible integrity and knowledge of the company & its products! No hard sell, no taking advantage because I'm a woman, no changing the price if I purchase on the spot. The workers showed up as scheduled. Respected my property and cleaned up everything, even what had gone into my neighbors yards. I can't say enough about this company and its people.

The experience I had with HCR was very satisfactory in every way. Starting with their representative, Kristina Kelly. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the business. I recently had 10 windows replaced by Homefix. The salesman, Mick Powers, was very professional and knowledgeable. From the sales meeting to the installation, they provided excellent customer service and professional installation. The installation was done in 4 hours including cleanup and hauling away the old windows. The windows are high quality and installation was 3 1/2 weeks sooner than expected. I highly recommend this company.
