The salesman was wonderful. They damaged my mailbox and driveway but promptly paid to have repairs done.

Did not do what agreed to with owner consent first. Did not complete repair as asked for/described. Coming back to fix mistakes in roof after new roof was installed. Did not coordinate time of repair work with owner before performing. I am willing to update the stars when I get what was agreed to.

Very professional. They came out to the house and sat down with my wife and I and completely explained the entire process. When the representative left we were not scratching our heads wonder what we were just told. The representative answered all of our questions in a courteous and professional manner. He did not try to feed us a line of bull, he just presented the facts and let them speak for themselves. They were prompt, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. Top notch company!
