I had overall an excellent experience with Homeplus Mortgage. My loan officer was Adam Summerer, and he was very good at explaining all the details of the loan when I was first inquiring. At first I was with another lender but Adam simply asked if he could follow up in a month or so. Promptly a month later I was still getting nowhere with the other company and Adam called to check in.
