Efficient and responsive I had a tight deadline after I had to dropped my previous lender for lack of professionalism and transparency. I had reached out to few lenders, but they couldn't met my deadline or just didn't respond in a timely manner. In contrast, Jenah was super responsive and ensured me we could met it, which we did even though it was VA loan too! She was transparent throughout the process. I highly recommend her!

Quick and Easy! The entire process was pretty easy, from app to uploading of documents. Zach was very responsive and helpful throughout. His company took the lead and put out a quote for the best rate, and that's what they gave me. Couldn't be more pleased.

Great Experience Quick and Easy. A pleasant surprise! On the day I applied, they were willing to put out the best rate on ban*****.com* Some of the other self-proclaimed, "bigger and and better" companies, would only offer to try and match, but were unwilling to lead. I'm glad I found Zach Adams and HomePlus Mortgage and would definitely work with them again.

Absolutely Recommend!!! Chuck Crowder from Homeplus Mortgage is very professional and knowledgeable about the re-fi process. He responded very quickly to questions and concerns that I had before applying (my first time doing a re-fi online!) and was able to quickly offer suggestions and solutions to problems that would come up later during the process. He was able to lock in the best rate possible for me and complete the re-fi within the time I had wished for. Highly recommended!!!

Great experience I worked with Chuck Crowder and he was great. We refinanced our home and everything went very smoothly, in fact much smoother than when we bought our house the first time. Chuck was very reachable and in fact, he often reminded me of things that needed to be done that I forgot about, which I appreciated so we weren't stuck in limbo for weeks on end. Great supportive and knowledgable Home Plus Mortgage is a great lender. Throughout escrow our loan originator/office Chuck Crowder was always available. Chuck was able to answer all of our questions and provide appropriate direction when needed. He helped mediate and facilitate conversation with all parties and was overall a great resource for real estate transactions in general.
