I highly recommend Charlie, he's professional and trustworthy I didn't know how to start looking for a loan, or if what I wanted to do was possible. Charlie quickly became a trusted advisor and walked me through the whole process. When one lender didn't work out, he adjusted and went after another. And another. Lowest Interest Rate and Closed One Day Early! Emily from Homeplus Mortgage was the best! I interviewed several mortgage brokers before talking with Emily. Outstanding process I had been solicited by another lender which is why I looked into refinancing. I had three lenders I was working with to find the best rate. Then suddenly Chuck from Homepoint called, I told him he could not beat the rate I was going to go with. But he said to give him an hour and not only did he beat the rate, but beat the fees.
