Fast and easy! From the time I submitted a loan request on LendingTree till the time my loan funded was about 33 days! I was bombarded with initial offers, but Charlie Wickstrand at HomePlus Mortgage gave me clear answers with no gotchas throughout the loan process. I consolidated a first mortgage and a HELOC and will save about $1,300 per month! I would recommend Charlie and HomePlus if you are looking for a refi or a new loan.

Wonderful experience! This is my 2nd time working Carl from HomePlus Mortgage, first time on my home purchase and 2nd time for refinancing my current mortgage load. I keep going back to HomePlus for their excellent service and great attention to detail that put my mind at ease. Very smooth process, especially during COVID I reached out to Jenah as I was having such a bad experience with another lender. She was very helpful from the beginning and always kept my wife and me in the loop. Not once did I have any problems and was kept informed where we were in the loan process.
