Excellent service James Rotta and his HomePlus team provided excellent service. Our refi was completed in less than 1 month. Super responsive and easy to work with. Everything is done online with the exception of the final paperwork. We got an excellent interest rate.

Great experience and very helpful Our loan originator was Emily Van Slyke and she was patient, very understanding and stuck with us from the start to the very end. Great Service Competitive Rate Just completed a refinance with HomePlus. The rate was competitive, better than what my existing lender offered me to stay. I worked with James Rotta, who was efficient and provided great service, responding to emails and phone calls typically within the hour, often faster. James provided helpful advice on loan terms and worked to keep my expenses low, which they were with the exception of the appraisal which was a bit higher than the average cost for my county (at least in normal times).
