James Loucks was wonderful to work with. He is honest, and extremely responsive. He made the entire process of refinancing so much easier than it was in the past. Coming from a horrible experience of refinancing with Bank of America, I can tell you that his service is top notch and he is on top of everything. I can't say enough nice things about Jonathan. This transaction was a tricky one - two houses on one, an old well that had rights with the neighbors, a seller who was recalcitrant.... Absolutely the Best Service I have Ever Received in my life. I wrote Gary an e-mail from a follow up from him on a previous loan inquiry with Lending Tree. Point #1 about Gary; he is diligent. From there I explained that I was frustrated by all the mailings I was receiving ore-qualified, guaranteed loan offers only to be rejected. Gary said, he understood, but felt he could help me. I was worried a remote lending company wouldn't be a able to close on time for new construction. Michelle Alexander assured me that it would not be a problem and that she would have the underwriting done in advance. Everything she promised was fulfilled.
