We wasted 8 months with another company. Once we started working with HomePlus it was a totally different experience. Steve Luzzi was great. I explained the issues we had delt with and he took extra care to be proactive or alleviate any thing happening with Home Plus. He went above and beyond to make us feel like we mattered. We closed after 2 months and it saved us money all the way around. So glad we dumped the other company.
Didn't go forward with refinance for personal reasons, but Terry Fry was excellent and informative. He added the personal touch I was missing at other places and would recommend him to anyone who asks.
