I worked with Mr. Cameron Schrum and from the start he did the very best he could to find me a low rate on a cash out refinance and then stuck to his word about closing costs and process. Their electronic disclosure system is a little squirrely but in the end we got through it ok. We were able to close within the 30 day lock window, and Cameron was always very responsive. I have recommended this firm to another couple I know looking to buy

The process was very pleasant. Tad Anderson was my main contact. I have known Tad for many many years and he is always honest, trustworthy a good communicator and diligent. You could not ask for a better or more qualified person to help you with a Real Estate loan. He was able to consolidate a 1st and a 2nd into one loan with a much lower interest rate. Tina was spot-on through the entire process. I have even called her on the weekends to get certain paperwork and she would send it as soon as she could. The loan closed without any hitch. Tina was patient through the 6 months where we went through a roller coaster trying to find a house.
