James was very responsive and professional. Connecting to lender was easy. Process was smooth and efficient (much better than previous lenders I've worked with). Rate was great and closing cost were not astronomical. Uploading a e-signing documents was very easy. The notary assigned to us was great too!! All around, wonderful experience. I would absolutely consider using HomePlus Mortgage again in the future for a refinance or new home purchase. Thank you!

Chris Ross provided excellent customer service! He addressed all of my questions and concerns the same day that I asked and typically answered questions within 5 minutes. A+++ on communication skills which is a necessity when it comes to applying for a mortgage. I worked with Chris Ross at HomePlus Mortgage and I must say that I was very pleased with the entire process mortgage process. He was available by phone and email to address all of my questions. Typically Chris responded to my questions (during the week and weekends) within 5 minutes of texting or emailing, and I think the longest wait time was probably 1 hour. Was a refi, combining two mortgages into one. While they did not have the best interest rate, the gave me the 2nd best rate, monthly payment, and loan terms of all the lenders. Working with James was simple and he kept me fairly up to date on all the docs required with no pressure. This was all over the winter holidays.
