Very professional and quick responses
Carl was very fast to respond. Inquired though a central quoting system and Homeplus was great from the first contact. Carl responded to me within a few hours and I had a great locked rate the same evening (you will need to have all of your paper ready). The underwriting took a bit longer than expected but communication was great. Closed under 30 days.
