I highly recommend Homestead. They just completed an install of ductless mini splits with heat pump. Their pricing was very competitive, and the team that did the installation was professional and courteous. Project was completed on time. They were very careful on the premises and kept things clean.

Our 60 year old house doesn’t have ducts or vents, and after a few years of suffering through hot summers, we had enough. We called for 4 quotes, and only received 2. Homestead has a reputation for being pricey, but of the 4 quotes (actual quotes and verbal estimates), Homestead did actually come out the cheapest. I was impressed that Jesse was trying to sell us the right solution. Thank you , Homestead, for coming out during the power outage to replace our leaking hot water heater. It is working beautifully and NO MORE SMELLY HOT WATER. We never had a problem for 35 years but our last hot water heater produced smelly water from the moment it was installed and it was never resolved by the old plumber. We are thrilled with your responsiveness to our problem and are enjoying showers again!

About 10 years ago we decided to get central air & so happy to have chosen Homestead! They were professional & suggested the best way to install it in our older home. Service is great. They also clean our furnace. Yes we are pleased to have them
