RecommendedI highly recommend Homestead, I have used their installation and maintenance services for several applications including a heat pump/ mini-split, natural gas furnace replacement, AC replacement, and tankless heater conversion in 3 homes over the last 30 years in the area. I have always had a pleasant experience working with their employees and have found their technicians to be very knowledgeable and always courteous and friendly! RecommendedProfessional salesmanship completing my contract for new a/c handler and line set installation. The two techs were the most courteous and professional I have ever encountered in any home improvement project. There preparation in ensuring my floors and stairway were protected were above what I expected. Cleanup and removal of old unit and set lines was also well done. They went above and beyond when we came home from vacation to find our boiler not working and pipes burst in our attic. They came immediately to help us and when it was clear that the problem was much bigger than originally thought, they provided us with their own heaters so we would not be left in the cold.
