RecommendedI highly recommend Homestead, I have used their installation and maintenance services for several applications including a heat pump/ mini-split, natural gas furnace replacement, AC replacement, and tankless heater conversion in 3 homes over the last 30 years in the area. I have always had a pleasant experience working with their employees and have found their technicians to be very knowledgeable and always courteous and friendly! They are very reliable and can be counted on to get the job done timely!

Professional salesmanship completing my contract for new a/c handler and line set installation. The two techs were the most courteous and professional I have ever encountered in any home improvement project. There preparation in ensuring my floors and stairway were protected were above what I expected. Cleanup and removal of old unit and set lines was also well done. I would very highly recommend Homestead Comfort for all your heating needs. They went above and beyond when we came home from vacation to find our boiler not working and pipes burst in our attic. They came immediately to help us and when it was clear that the problem was much bigger than originally thought, they provided us with their own heaters so we would not be left in the cold. That the service tech guy did a thorough job and he found my heat was hot enough at 114 with the vent that I thought blowing cold air and there was no charge for the service call

Homestead is reliable and fast at addressing heating concerns and issues. I had a problem with my boiler and the technician (Mark) was able to very quickly diagnose the issue and recommend a fix. Unfortunately, the part I needed was not available in any supply house, however the service manager worked with the manufacturer to get the part expedited to his shop. The issue was resolved within an hour of the technician coming back to my house. Great service guys!
Everyone was so accommodating we got an appointment the same day we noticed our furnace had stopped working. The crew was efficient and courteous and they fixed the problem Homestead was highly recommended to us by a family member and now we have experienced why. We would recommend them in the future too
On a holiday weekend, tech arrived quickly, clearly explained the problem and cost-effective solution, and fixed our heating system. Very pleasant young man. Excellent service.
