The staff care about me my pet,I have received call after hours from Dr. Bellows asking personally how my Snoopy was doing. I get treated better there then I do at my Dr.'s office.
They dismissed our services there because the office Manger Mike was upset that I showed up as a walk in for an emergency visit. He took personally my disappointment in the lack of attention to my sick dog. NO ONE SHOULD USE THIS VET!!! (I highly recommend Dr. Balasky in Davie. Their office staff is very attentive and there’s never any issue with sick visits for your pet.) If you read more reviews you will see that Mike seems to have lots of complaints on his behavior. I will never take another pet to this vet ever again. They use adjuvanted rabies vaccines (which have been proven to cause cancer) just because they’re cheaper to the vet. I am horribly disappointed with the quality of the products used here. My sweet 6 year old cat got cancer and died from the vaccine administered at this vet clinic.

One and a half hour wait!! Still no vet!! My time is important too!! Never coming back!! Whaleys Animal Hospital is the best!
