They started very good, but then every single time I go they change their policies, one day they tell you they can see you at 5pm and the other they tell you they don’t give appointments after 4pm... staff are not well calibrated in terms of prices or wellness plan benefits. Whenever I have been here, even with the appointment I have to wait an hour to see the doctor! I hate it when they don’t respect my time!
This is a horrible place they make you wait more than one hour with no excuse and they don't gove you any kind of response they just tell you where sorry and you still have to wait today I had to wait 90 minutes and I had an appointment Horrible horrible karma do not come
Had the absolute worst experience today at HAH. What is going on over there? Overcharged $ 500.00. It seems that the entire staff has been changed out. I hope that Dr. David gets a grip on this soon. We have been bringing our dog Lilo there since she was 10 weeks old and she is nearly 3 years old. We even travel all the way from Boynton Beach in Palm Beach County because of the superb treatment Lilo and we have received. Not the case today. Not happy.
The doctors at this hospital are crazy. They killed my poodle in a tooth cleaning for neglect in anesthesia. They killed my son, Bernardo, by wrong diagnosis. They charge exorbitant prices to kill your pet. Escape from this place.
Took my dog in for dental. He presents me with a fancy presentation with 10x10 gloss pictures of his teeth and patiently explained everything then tells me it'll be SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS for some extractions. I tell him I must think about it because it's a lot of money and he then becomes, rude and impatient because I must make up my mind immediately because my dog is under anesthesia. Went there to take my puppy for his next shot. Appoint was at 1:30. Ended up leaving there just before three. Without getting the shot. Was not going to wait any longer just for a shot. Love the doctors though. But the wait is just ridiculous.
