My experience with Hometown was excellent! They swapped out my old tank from another company I would not recommend any way they tested my system they were very professional and any questions I had were answered.

We use Hometowne Energy (office Penn Yan NY )for our propane needs for several years and they always provide excellent customer service. If you need to ask a question about when your next automatic fuel delivery will be or need a service call, they are always pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend them.
Hometowne Energy is like having a gas line hooked to a gas well. My last company I had, I was calling them every time I needed gas. I have never called Hometowne. They come right as I need a refill!!!! The service both by the drivers and the office crew is excellent, professional and very helpful!!
Hometown Energy has always been great to work with and provides excellent service with competitive pricing. Our dispatcher Doug is always available when needed and driver typically arrives the same day. Have been a longtime customer and plan to remain.
