I can't express how fantastic Homeward Bound has been to us and our animal family! From caring and nurturing a 15 year old dog and helping him feel better to being comforting and caring when they tried everything to help my ailing cat. They even sent a card when we had to put Mr Bent down. I couldn't be more grateful for their services, kind hearts, professionalism, and flexibility! Thank you so much!
**Update** they have contacted me and offered a personalized ornament for her and offered to refund her euthanasia fee. I still will never return here, but at least they did what they could to rectify the situation. About a year ago I gave them 5 stars. However, my opinion of them has changed drastically. I will never come here again. My cat had liver cancer amongst other issues and after almost $3000 over several weeks of treatments and diagnosis we had to make the upsetting decision to put her down. We have been going to homeward bound with my new cat ever since he was a kitten and we had good experiences with all the sweet veterinarians there until now, we wanted to get him microchipped and called ahead to make an appointment and asked how much it would cost they told us since he was seen recently they wouldn’t charge the examination fee so the cost was $45.
