I am very grateful for Dr Vance and her staff. Our dog is a little crazy in the car and vet visits are always a bit stressful for all. Just a quick walk down our driveway, no waiting in a crowded office and just an overall easy visit.
I am so grateful to Dr, Vance and her staff (my apologies for not remembering the girl's name who was awesome too). I have had a very fearful dog for almost 5 years. Dr. Kristen and her staff were there to help us when we needed it the most. Having a Vet that could come to my home, who would crawl in his cage to examine him, and offer support to me, was the greatest gift. They even make arrangements to meet with me prior to hours so my dog faces less stress. I cannot thank them enough!
I want to thank Dr Vance and her team for responding to my voice mail back in January. We had our beloved Cooper since he was 12 weeks old.. fast forward 14 years. We took him to the vet the night before and it was just too much for his heart. I woke up the next morning and he had a stroke and could no longer walk. I want to thank Dr. VANCE and her staff for responding so quickly to our need for a visit for our dog Walker. He had a bad staff infection in his paw and he was miserable. They actually arrived early to help our sick dog. He already seems a little better tonight but that might just be the pain medicine. I hate that my dog.cant tell me when he is sick but I'm more than grateful to have a veterinarian who responds so quickly when we figure out something is wrong!
I am so glad I decided to call Dr. Vance last September when my dog Max was in his last days. She came to the house and took such great care of him. She is truly a credit to her profession. I highly recommend her and her staff, and cannot say enough great things about their quality of care.
