Great customer service from first call to follow up. Daniel the technician was amazing. He and his associate, Raul, were so professional and personable. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience.

My only difficulty with this transaction is that the repairman asked me to sign in three places before anything was done. That meant that I agreed to the fee before ever knowing what the fee was. I was uncomfortable with that, and suggest they change the procedure. The work was done well and completed quickly once they got the part.

Dakota was great. He even waited at the store to make sure I purchased the correct part. I really appreciated it. He could have gotten the part he needed and left me to fend for myself. He was nice, polite and explained everything he was doing. He gave me several options. I would recommend this company. The next time we need something done this will be the first company I will call.
