Jeremy was friendly and great and nice. My heat was not sustaining to stay on once it started. This is an old HVAC system. He was efficent, very professional and cleaned up after himself. He explained everything he was doing and showed me what needed to be fixed. He made sure the parts were the correct ones needed to fix the problem before he changed them out. Scheduling an appointment was easy, the technician was able to complete the repairs the same day! Communication was great and professional. I will be using HomeX for future repairs!
They came out on a Sunday and completed the job, so I did not have to take time off from work. They did a good job and cleaned up afterward.
