HomeX came out and fixed the job up with a very professional and informative attitude. Dakota did a great job.
They are very thorough and explain everything in terms I could understand.
About 50% higher cost than expected for a 2.5 hour job. Did not itemize to justify the cost. Tried to cover up a new leak with caulking, resulting in massive new leak (o-ring cut or not installed). They did return next day to fix with replacement downspout and test for leaks. Customer service was pleasant and attentive.
Kept me informed of when plumber would arrive. Sent photo ahead of time. Delivered as promised.

They are a very professional company. They were clear in explaining everything and our options for repair. They were timely, patient with answering questions, and cleaned up nicely after the work was completed.
Technicians were prompt, very friendly and did a great job at the repair.
