Here’s a brief description of my experience at the service department at Honda city. Once I got into the service area I was greeted by a nice young lady Nicole and walked me through the whole process with the mechanic. They gave me some options. I thought about it and chose the most reasonable one. They did a great job and it was a very comforting experience. I highly recommend that dealership and service department.
