awesome customer service. technicians are diligent. each time I bring my car for service I am out in 1 hour. this is only place to bring your car in for service. I have been driving for 30 years, never I have experienced such wonderful service from representatives making appointments to technicians servicing my car. this is only place to service your car. most dealerships make you wait 5 hours for car not Honda City Long Island. I never wait longer than 1 hour for my car. waiting area is very nice and comfortable.

Went back to work with Eric at Honda City LI for the 5th consecutive lease. He is fantastic, knowledgeable and everyone at the dealership was helpful to answer all of our question. Thank you Eric, Keith, Sam and Christine. Although inventory is low, they still had several versions of the car we selected to choose from.
