This is the second vehicle I’ve gotten from Honda City. I bought an Accord back in 2004 and would probably still be driving it if I hadn’t gotten into an accident. My salesperson, Samantha B., is great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all! I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and confident with my purchase! I am a repeat customer. I purchased a 2004 Accord in 2007 and I was able to trade the car back and purchase a 2021 Accord Sport. I just came from the Honda City Service Dept for my first oil change, even though I didn’t purchase my car from them. The technician even suggested that they do my yearly inspection as it was coming due next month. Originally, they told me when I made the appointment, to expect an hour to an hour and a half wait time. This was quite normal. When they finished in half an hour, I was so thrilled. They were courteous, polite and knowledgeable. Great service!
