Today I had the worst day and the worst luck with my car. But Honda city helped me out and Tom my service advisor really turned my day around. They were accommodating and very patient when I wasn’t so nice. Thank you Honda city for being there for me!
Brought my car in today for a faulty tire and an AC that was faulty, spoke with Nicole and received a text update of what was going on with my car as well as a fast reply! She told me what needed to be fixed as well as the pricing but wanted me to make the final call on what to move forward with. Highly recommend!
Victoria was extremely helpful and kind. I had quite the repair I wasn’t expecting and she was patient in explaining the issue and my options. Great staff and they got me out earlier than expected. Thanks!
