Everyone was very nice and there was never any pressure in the sale. The only complaint I have at this point is that I only received one key and had to make an appointment with service to have second key made up which was very inconvenient after purchasing a new Honda CRV. They should have had that all taken care of.

Great experience dealing with Andres! He was outstanding!! The first and only car sales man that really listened to what we needed, no pushy sales tactics or double talk.
