"I called for appointment and the service did not have any..." I called for appointment and the service did not have any available appointment but the receptionist took my information for walking. When I arrived to Honda service my name was in the list and ready to start the process with a person who meet me for the service work. He was fantastic to provide details about what the car needed to perform well. He is fantastic and provided great customer service. Thank you.

He recommended a brake inspection to properly assess the situation. He then waived the fee for the inspection (because I went ahead with the service) and match the price I had been quoted from another Honda dealership.
