My experience at Fort Worth Honda has always been good

We did four-wheel alignment at this dealership. After the first time, the car is still pulling to the side, but the manager drove the car with me and checked again. The second time was better, but did not fix the issue completely even though the diagnoses told everything is normal. I appreciate their effort for trying and good service to me, but I don't know why they couldn't fix the problem.
