Erica is a great service advisor! Very sweet and explains everything really well. She didnt tell me what all might need to be fixed, just dealt with the problem I had. She treated me with respect and next to my old service Advisor Matt, one of the best I have worked with. Please keep her!! Shes a great asset!!!
