My service manager, Manny Martinez, made my appointment when I called him and scheduled my appointment on my schedule. Due to the length of time the repairs would take, he arranged for me to have a loaner car for the day. Repairs were completed in a timely manner. Service is always first class at Honda of Fort Worth.

Sadly the de-carbonizing treatment given to me resulted in clogging up the environmental controls. I had to get the carbon flakes removed (after getting the car towed in). -I should have asked to not be charged for this latest service - or at least a discount. -I don't plan to have a de-carbonizing treatment again - for the result was not positive!! I need to get out onto the highway more often.
