Honda of Fort Worth did an outstanding job on my 1999 Honda Accord. In particular, I would like to thank Jesse P. in the maintenance shop. He made sure my filthy car was returned in immaculate condition. -I was SO afraid Honda of Fort Worth would be pressuring me to buy a new Honda - but they didn't. They helped keep my 1999 Honda Accord V-6 running like a top!! Thank you!!

Overall, the experience was above average. The service rep didn't spend much time going over the work with me, but the work was rather routine and straight forward, so I felt the time spent was sufficient. The car wash was rather cursory, but I wasn't there for a car wash and getting the actual maintenance work complete and letting me get on my way was more important to me, so this is feedback, not complaints.

The service was great very helpful and kept me informed about my car. The parts department is very show in ordering parts needed. I have been waiting almost 4 weeks for a part to come in.
