She was able to answer all my questions and any concerns which I had. She was thorough and took the time to make sure that I was in the loop through out the service process - before work began, during the servicing, and most important after the work was completed. Manny, our service rep was exceptional. He listened and then drove our car to make sure he was addressing the issue. Once the vehicle was ready he promptly contacted us and asked if there was more that could be done.
