Top notch communications while waiting. Erica is exceptional at keeping me informed of service progress. Waiting area is comfortable with many work station setups. And having an in-house cafe for good food and free beverages makes for a satisfying wait.

Time was perfect on service and everything was fine. There was a technical problem with computers which was totally understandable and icwas fine with service anyway.

Our van is driving so smoothly, it is great to have it back. The service was excellent, from when we dropped-off our Odyssey and were greeted by our service advisor and got our service request taken, to coming back to pick up our vehicle and drive it home.
