Good service & customer oriented
Traveling through Ft. Worth when I experienced starting problems. Drove to Ft. Worth Honda, without an appointment and Tommy sensed my frustration. He ask what they could do for us and after explaining the symptoms, he immediately took us next, had the problem diagnosed, addressed and resolved. We were back on the road within 2 hours...Thank you Tommy and the team at Honda of Fort Worth.....5 stars.

Had an issue with the seatbelt,problem was fixed.
great service always, Matt always does great job.
The actual service was fine, I had asked them to vaccum the trunk, which they said they'd do, but didn't.
They are slipping a little. Quality work, Im sure, but maybe in a hurry. Oil was running down from the filler cap and burning, and they didnt put the air breather box back in position and buckets on it not snapped. Slightly disappointed this time. Cmon Honda !
