My last service went longer than expected and I had a full day seeing patients but it did not become an issue as I was offered another car to use so I can go on with my day. I had the best service experience on this visit to Honda of Fort Worth and I have used this dealership for years.. When I contacted them about the scheduling maintenance for a recall issue I had been putting off, I talked to their representative Lisa on the phone. Lisa explained what needed to be done and how long it would take. I told her it would be a few weeks and she said to call her back when I was ready.
