Grant did an excellent job keeping us informed of our Odyssey's progress through the recall repair. I also like the link that informs us when our car is about to be finished. I appreciate that this shop has customer pick up and drop off service.

As always, super happy with the service I receive at Honda of FW. (I pass by many other dealerships to get there, coming from Central Arlington.) I am, however, a bit disappointed they've begun a surcharge for using a credit card for payment. It may, in fact, cause me to find another option moving forward.
