I was good service. I was disappointed that if I paid with credit card I would have to pay an additional fee.

Service Advisor didn't tell me until I arrived that they would have to order the oil and filter. I would have gone to the Mazda dealership. Service took a long time. The phone tree to make an appointment is a mess. I don't like getting nickel-and-dimed with credit card fees.
