Worst service dept around! They are getting my car...for the THIRD TIME...tomorrow to attempt to fix an issue covered by warranty that they cannot get fixed apparently. They do not return vehicles timely, and they do not call with updates. I literally had to call them 3x today to see if my car would be returned by the time I got off work. I get off at 330pm, and those calls did not start until 230ish at that. The service department is AWFUL. They have had my car for three weeks and they have gotten NOWHERE. They say they will return calls and don’t. We have to constantly check on my car because they do not reach out.
