The service department is as important if not more than the process of buying a car. We bought two cars here and I will never buy another here again. Buying is easy but when we had a problem with our air conditioner a week after the warranty ended, they wouldn't budge one bit to help us and neither would Honda. So, we will never buy another Honda again and this is sad but customer service is #1 to me. I now take my Honda for service to Brandon, MS. They know how to treat their customers...women and men are treated equally.
Bought a car here a year and a month ago and now the transmission is out....would not recommend this place to anyone
