I think the people are nice but service prices are over priced. A oil change here with a coupon is the regular price for the Honda dealership I used to go to in FL. Also they always say my fluids and all that is good but one time I had no fluid left for my wind shield wipers. Makes me wonder if they really do check the things they say. I'm pretty sure you are supposed to get a car wash with any service and again my car was not washed. Thankfully we will not be living here much longer!
The service department is as important if not more than the process of buying a car. We bought two cars here and I will never buy another here again. Buying is easy but when we had a problem with our air conditioner a week after the warranty ended, they wouldn't budge one bit to help us and neither would Honda. So, we will never buy another Honda again and this is sad but customer service is #1 to me. I now take my Honda for service to Brandon, MS. They know how to treat their customers...women and men are treated equally.
Bought a car here a year and a month ago and now the transmission is out....would not recommend this place to anyone
