My daughter had such a great experience with her Salesman, Matt Trombetta leasing a Honda FIT. Such a great guy, easy going but absolutely thorough in his presentation. She spoke first to him on the phone, met with him on Friday to drive two different cars and she took possession the next day on Saturday. The process was relaxed and Matt and the Credit Manager, Jared were very patient and accommodating. They definitely live up to their goal to make their clients Honda buyers for life! I bought my first Honda CRV on 1/30/2016. I could not be more pleased about the car I purchased, a low mileage 2013. Graham Bayne was extremely welcoming and professional. He answered all our questions. Almost lost one of my wheels. Key Honda examined my brakes and told me I needed front brakes. I told them I did not want them to do the work. After I picked up my car, there was a rumbling noise in the left front wheel. I brought my Honda CRV to my regular garage. They heard the same issue, and on further inspection, they found the left front wheel lugs could be removed with their fingers!! No wrench needed!! Key Honda had not tightened the lug nuts them sufficiently after they looked at the brakes!! I am thankful... read more

Not the best of experiences for the first time using Key Honda's service department. The whole reason I made the appointment was to replace the belly shield (along with oil change and VT state inspection) The belly pan couldn't be replaced because the parts were not in stock. So why not call me and reschedule? I made an appointment weeks ago for today - it seems like we could have planned ahead for this. And, the guy manning the register was not very well informed. Went to Honda looking for numbers to trade in my car down the road. They took my keys to appraise my car which I was fine with but I had to ask for my keys at least three times. The last time Jacob went to the managers desk but didn't come back. I went to the managers desk and asked for them again. The manager said we are just going to find you a deal to take the car today first. I literally had to go around both of them to grab my keys from the managers desk myself. I ran out of there so fast.
