They are terrible at trying to make deal. They offered us 6 grand less than we owe on the trade in. The salesman Kyle then proceeded to tell my boyfriend that he couldn’t control what we owe on our car instead of trying to make a deal. Never again will we go to Key Honda!

My parents and I have bought 3 cars from this dealership. On the third car they gave us a great deal and I walked away with my ideal monthly payments and barely any money down. However, an hour after I took my car home, it broke down. Mike Hosley kindly picked me up and had the car towed back to the dealership. I was told this would be an easy fix. Changed the VIP program and now charge $43 for inspection even though my VIP CLUC card states "Free Annual Vermont State Inspections"

Bought my first brand new car last year. Honda Accord sport and I love it. The salesman was Jared he was absolutely amazing.. the only 1 complaint I have with my brand new car is in need new tires at 15 k miles?? Great experience buying from shearer honda but as far as the service after you buy your car. Well we will see i guess.
