When my tie rod snapped, Kia in Brooklyn Park said it would be 3-4 weeks for it to get repaired because it was a tow-in. Honest 1 got us in and out in less than 24 hours and were trying to get a loaner (car was repaired before one was returned to them) and were incredibly professional about it. These folks truly are honest
