Rick was pleasant to work with and very accommodating. He was honest, fair and the prices were competitive. A perk is that they have loaner cars available, which makes having vehicle issues a little less painful. Very nice lobby to wait in. I will definitely use them again.

I went in to have a skid plate reattached and had the best experience at an auto shop! The employees were in good spirits and clearly loved their jobs -which immediately put me at ease-, were courteous, and got me on my way quickly. They even pointed out during my last oil change at another vendor, not all parts were correctly replaced. Honest 1 of Maple Grove set me up so I was safe to drive until I could get my next oil change. These guys truly live up to their company name, a true 5-Star experience.
