I’ve been taking my BMW to Honest 1 for the last 2 years. Staff is always friendly, prompt and professional. Front desk and sitting area is clean and welcoming. Plus there is a cute kids corner and free WiFi! When work needs to be done on my car, they will take me back to the garage so I can look with my own eyes and I’ve never felt like they have tried to upsell me or have repairs that were not necessary. They truly stand up to their name!

This is the most honest forthright AMAZING auto shop you will ever experience! They do a great job! They are reasonable and there are no surprises! If you own a vehicle and live in the area they should be number #1 on your list!

Cabin air filter was bad , it was suggested to replace when I was visited 4 morning months ago, this visit they didn’t say anything even I asked about it

The guys who work at Honest-1 are very friendly and do a good job. I live about 3 minutes from their shop in Maple Grove and bring all 4 of my vehicles to them. They are honest and real, and I have been happy every time I’ve gone there. Recently I had an unfortunate thing happen while they were working on my vehicle, but I brought it to their attention and in this instance they resolved it to my benefit and I was appreciative.
