My crown procedure went flawless and much faster than I expected. I have absolutely no pain afterwards. Very happy with everything.
Good service - quality innovation
The dentist was 40 minutes late to an appointment I had to book in the middle of my work day and then spent less that five minutes looking at my issue that they have fixed before and I had to make appointments with a different provider in the middle of my work season every other time I came in before that you attempt to pressure me into expensive procedures don’t need or get me to rent devices from you for no reason other than to pocket more money with stuff insurance doesn’t cover this was the last time I will go to your pr... read more

I had a great experience with my hygienist. She made sure that I was comfortable as I still need to wear my back brace. It was frustrating to me that the dentist did not make it in to see me, Necessitating me having to make another separate appointment to see me.

This can be a scheduled procedure, emergency, etc.. It can be a bit difficult to predict at times, but please know our goal is always to make your experience positive, pain free, predictable, and successful! We are thankful for you, and appreciate your flexibility in these situations. Thanks again!
While your plan of care seemed genuinely was ridiculous that you were so careless in talking about thousands of dollars to fix the problem. I was highly unimpressed that you had little compassion over financial needs ie no option for payment plans or working out a plan to pay monthly nor did it seem to phase you that people could just come up with that much money overnight. You guys also violated Hippa regulations I was not impressed with the lack of privacy in patient care.
