May 2013 was the second time that I have ever visited Hoover Toyota. Because Andrew Stewart, the service manager, was so professional it will not be my last. I had never met Andrew until my recent visit to Hoover Toyota. It’s a long story but Andrew definitely passed my expectations.
They are liars and cheaters!!! Tried to make us put down a $1000 deposit to hold vehicle and said if it wasn’t in within 6-months we could get the money back. We asked them to put it in writing on the sheet they were asking us to sign saying it was non-refundable seven times on the document. Further stated non-refundable for any reason. We asked them to add a note that if it didn’t come in within 6 months we could at our discretion get our money back. Had an awful experience at Hoover Toyota
One of the Technicians called me a person that deals with kids simply due to the fact that I called him out on his racism. If they are willing to lash out and make false accusations against potential customers, I can only imagine the culture that this place breeds
I really didn't want to do this. We just bought a 2021 highlander, and our sales rep was top notch. Good guy, highly recommend HIM. During the test drive we did note that there was a rattle and serious vibration when braking. Went ahead and did the deal unfortunately. When I got in the car and put it in reverse for the first time there was a clanking. I reached under and started turning caliper mount bolts out by hand.
