May 2013 was the second time that I have ever visited Hoover Toyota. Because Andrew Stewart, the service manager, was so professional it will not be my last. I had never met Andrew until my recent visit to Hoover Toyota. It’s a long story but Andrew definitely passed my expectations.
Went on for a discount oil change which went fine, then was told that I had a cracked “oil pan cover”. Later found out after doing an internet search that such a part doesn’t exist. They wanted to charge me $400 to replace a part that doesn’t exist! I went to Express Oil change and the manager got under my car and showed me video of a skid plate (cosmetic piece of plastic) that was missing some screws. They zip-tied it back on and I was on my way.

Our salesman Andres was a godsend he wasn’t pushy at all understood our requests and almost got me the car I wanted; we came in to run numbers and look at the 2 vehicles new vs used; we talked about the used one and we were talking numbers he brought the finance manager over to us and he was super pushy and rude to us, was begging us to sign for the car that night and told us if we would sign that night he would get the payment lower.. We purchased a 2025 4Runner on September 27th. The purchasing process was pretty good until we noticed that we were signed up for a warranty that we did not agree to. I called the dealership back when they opened Monday and was told by Anthony in finance that I would get the money back as a credit on my account in 15-25 days and that I would also receive paperwork stating that the warranty was canceled. Texted with a salesman Dominic and after back and forth finally asked was that their best deal and what financing. Never got a response and finally 2 days later I responded back and get back I sent something 2 days ago!!! I obviously didn’t get it and he obviously didn’t care as when I sent back I got nothing I’m still yet to hear from him!! Horrible communication and obviously not concerned but I realize why I’ve never ever bought from them!
