Replacement of Main Water Valve Horizon made all the arrangements with the city to shut off the water outside the house, did the job and called the city to come back and turn the water on. They made sure everything was good, i.e. no leaks with the new valve, and that all faucets were functioning properly after the water came back in the house. Great workmanship, I will not hesitate to call them for any future job.

Shower and tub faucet fix We called Horizon on the recommendation of the contractor who did our reno a few years back, after another plumber abandoned what should have been a simple job -- replacing a leaky diverter in our tub and shower faucet assembly -- after it became slightly more complicated. Billie was super helpful in coordinating an initial visit by Peter, who was able to properly diagnose the problem and prescribe a fix. Plumbing: replace 42 year old shower faucet cartridge 42 year old shower faucet got so stiff it would barely move. Sent Horizon photos by email, they identified the assembly, found that they could get the Moen cartridge at no cost. Jean Jr. came out and replaced it and all is well. Very pleased with the entire experience. I will use Horizon from now on when I need plumbing work.

Full House Plumbing Retrofit I have ben using Marc and the Horizon crew for all my plumbing needs for over 5 years. Work including small jobs from sink installations, all the way to complete housing plumbing retrofits. They are always responsive, on time, and pricing is fair and reasonable. I have never had ANY issues with my plumbing after jobs are completed. I would (and have) gladly recommend them to friends, family and anyone who inquires.

Thorough Assessment Quick response time and thorough assessment by Nick who cleared a backed up toilet and then also camera checked the sewer pipe exiting our home and recommended the grinding and power washing of tree roots that are starting to infiltrate the pipe.

Kitchen Faucet I had never used Horizon Plumbing before. I contacted them based on their positive Homestar reviews. My need was a small one, i.e. a repair to my kitchen faucet. Peter arrived on time the very next day, and completed the job without delay. I appreciated that he was courteous and professional. Whole Home Reno The team at Horizon worked with us to reimagine our home!… added an ensuite upstairs, totally renovated the main bathroom and kitchen…and a brand-new laundry room. In summary: perfection! From start to finish they were a dream team to work with!!!
