Punctured Pex Line causing leak. After noticing a leak in my ceiling I immediately called the most reliable plumbing company in Ottawa. Marc Rainville, the owner of Horizon Plumbing and Piping Systems was fast, efficient and very professional. He had the leak repaired very quickly preventing further damage to my household. Camera inspection My toilet on the main floor it was bubbling. I called Horizon and they responded quickly and did a full Video inspection. We are now aware of the problems and will definitely use Horizon again in the future.

water pressure tank replacement This was an unforeseen project - water pressure tank replacement. The company made time for it, without charging a premium. Marc, the owner, gave me a quote and kept his word; he did not look for 'extras'. The technician, Steve, was completely professional, respectful of my home, and even explained to me what he needed to do. The job was done efficiently and within the estimated time. Great job!

Service Impeccable workmanship. Horizon has been servicing 55 Byward Market Square since the business opened in Mar. 2014. Never says no. Also has done residential for myself and many neighbors homes. Everyone happy.

Laundry tub blockage Mark was reliable and informative about the problem. He repaired it, and did another small on the job repair to my furnace humidifier as well. All went smoothly, and I was very satisfied.

Bathroom leak Although the issue was not fixed, the problem was identified and we were told how to test to ensure this was the actual problem. We were also given 2 different ways to rectify the issue, which he didn't have to do since it wasn't actually a plumbing problem. Thanks Marc!
