Connect fridge to water New connection, Had to tap into an existing line. Not adjacent to sink so had to drill into the basement.

Replacement of external water valve, internal drainage valve, etc. Marc did a fantastic job with the work that was required. He actually went over and above and addressed any future problems that may occur with our external water valve. He was extremely professional and I received a completed work order with invoice. Go-to Company Horizon added plumbing so I could move a washer and dryer to the basement. They installed a new basement wash sink and faucet including moving pipes for those. They installed new hose bibs, re-seated two toilets, and inspected the integrity of a retrofit below-foundation drain pipe. They were technically adept throughout and demonstrated knowledge of plumbing code. They valued quality and prevention of issues. Their quote was reasonable. Nice and Quick Marc did a small valve replacement job for me. He was efficient courteous and well-priced. Nice to have a plumber that gets the job done with no surprises. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Bathroom leak As one can imagine, a bathroom leak can be very scary to a home owner, especially to one that knows nothing about plumbing. We called Mark and he was amazing! Right on the money. I called and explained my problem and Marc said he would try and fit me in. In under 24 hours he was over. He was very explanatory, professional,clean and reasonable. Like I said, right on the money!! Keep up the good work.

Kitchen and Bath Reno Marc responded promptly to my service requests, allowing my kitchen and bath Reno to remain on schedule and returning on several occasions to ensure I gained back modern conveniences, such as, the use of my shower, dishwasher and fridge water at the earliest possible time. Marc is very knowledgable at his trade and provides quality work at a reasonable price.

Drain Clearing Great service and response time. The company will be coming back shortly to flush the problem line. Would certainly recommend Horizon Plumbing to anybody - it is clear that this new company is looking to build a solid reputation in Ottawa.

Plumbing My main drain in the basement backed up and I called Horizon. To my surprise the plumber recommended a camera inspection at no charge (apparently at Horizon the camera is a tool and not an additional charge - nice!). After the inspection we noticed that there were tree roots in the line. Work was able to be done right away and a couple of short hours later the roots were out of the pipe and all was right again with the plumbing.
